THE STORY OF THE ADEMI AND KRASNIQI FAMILIES
The story behind BP Auctions is not simply the story of one company. It is the story of two families—the Ademi and Krasniqi families—brought together through love, sacrifice, hard work, and a shared belief in the opportunities of the United States.
ROOTS IN SKOPJE AND PRISHTINA
Bekim Ademi was born and raised in Skopje, North Macedonia, where he completed his education and graduated with a degree in pedagogy.
Although his formal education prepared him to become an educator, Bekim discovered his entrepreneurial spirit at an early age. In 2002, he began his business career in Prishtina, working in distribution and hospitality.
He gained valuable experience with one of the region’s leading distribution companies in the tobacco and beverage sector. The work taught him sales, logistics, customer relationships, and the discipline required to manage a successful operation.
Bekim later became the owner of several bars. Through persistence, continuous work, and a willingness to accept responsibility, each business became another important chapter in his development as an entrepreneur.
THE WOMAN WHO BROUGHT TWO FAMILIES TOGETHER
In 2010, Bekim met Nora Ademi, the woman who would change the course of his life and bring the Ademi and Krasniqi families together.
Nora had come to the United States as a child after her family was forced to leave its homeland during the war and persecution of 1999. America gave Nora and her family safety and the opportunity to rebuild their lives.
After meeting Bekim, Nora returned to her homeland for three years. During that time, Bekim and Nora built their life together and started their own family.
In 2013, they made the important decision to relocate to the United States. They arrived with the mindset of builders and investors—with the goal of working, creating businesses, paying taxes, and giving something back to the country that had once offered safety and opportunity to Nora’s family.
THE ADEMI AND KRASNIQI FAMILIES BEGIN WORKING TOGETHER
After arriving in Dallas, Texas, Bekim joined Nora’s brother, Petrit Krasniqi, and Petrit’s wife, Resi Krasniqi.
Petrit had also arrived in the United States as a refugee. Through years of hard work, ambition, and experience in the restaurant industry, he had become the owner of two Italian restaurants. Resi had recently arrived in America from Switzerland and became an important part of the family’s new chapter.
The two families shared more than a family connection. They shared an entrepreneurial spirit, practical restaurant experience, and a willingness to work together toward a larger future.
Together, they opened Pete’s Burger, Wings & Drinks, a sports bar created through the combined effort of both families. They later added an Italian restaurant, Romas.
Both businesses became successful, but the families understood that their greatest opportunity was still ahead of them.
A NEW DIRECTION
In 2017, the families made another major decision: they sold both restaurant businesses and concentrated their energy on BP Auctions.
Leaving successful restaurants behind was not an easy decision. It required courage and a willingness to begin another chapter. It also allowed Bekim Ademi and Petrit Krasniqi to use their experience in restaurants, equipment, operations, customer service, and commercial assets to create a more specialized business.
BP Auctions became the foundation for the next stage of their journey, connecting buyers and sellers through commercial equipment auctions, asset sales, and direct purchasing opportunities.
WEB RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT
In 2018, the family expanded its operations with Web Restaurant Equipment in Dallas, Texas.
Their restaurant experience gave them a practical understanding of what business owners truly need. They knew that purchasing commercial kitchen equipment is not simply about finding a machine. It is about selecting equipment that fits the operation, space, menu, budget, and future of the business.
Web Restaurant Equipment grew into a source for new and used commercial restaurant equipment, serving restaurant owners, contractors, entrepreneurs, and food-service businesses.
The company was built on the principles that guided the families from the beginning: practical knowledge, honest communication, dependable service, and respect for every customer’s investment.
BP REAL ESTATE LLC
The family’s business vision later expanded into commercial property through BP Real Estate LLC.
BP Real Estate LLC was created to focus on commercial real-estate properties and investments. This expansion represented another step in the families’ long-term strategy—building businesses while also investing in the properties and commercial spaces that support business growth.
The company added commercial real estate to a business portfolio already built through restaurants, auctions, equipment sales, and customer service.
TEXAS HOOD FABRICATION
As the businesses continued to grow, customers began requesting more complete commercial kitchen solutions. The family responded by expanding into manufacturing through Texas Hood Fabrication, operated by BPY Hood Fabrication LLC.
Texas Hood Fabrication manufactures commercial kitchen hood systems and custom stainless-steel solutions in Texas. This expansion allowed the family to combine equipment sales, manufacturing, ventilation, installation, and project coordination.
Achieving UL 710 listing for Type I commercial kitchen hoods became an important milestone. It represented years of investment, technical work, testing, persistence, and commitment to manufacturing products that meet recognized safety standards.

Bekim Ademi and Petrit Krasniqi are the creators of the business vision that developed from restaurants into auctions, restaurant equipment, commercial real estate, and manufacturing.
Their combined experience, willingness to take calculated risks, and determination to build something lasting created the foundation for the companies that exist today.
OWNED BY NORA ADEMI AND RESI KRASNIQI
Today, BP Auctions, Web Restaurant Equipment, BP Real Estate LLC, and Texas Hood Fabrication are owned by Nora Ademi and Resi Krasniqi.
Their ownership represents the continuation of the shared Ademi–Krasniqi family journey. The companies are not separate stories, but different parts of one business legacy built through the work, trust, and sacrifice of both families.

Texas Hood Fabrication manufactures commercial kitchen hood systems and custom stainless-steel products in Texas.
Each company has its own purpose, but all four share the same foundation: family, experience, hard work, and long-term vision.
MORE THAN A BUSINESS STORY
This is not a story of overnight success.
It is a story of education, immigration, forced displacement, restaurants, long working days, difficult decisions, calculated risks, and the courage to begin again.
It is also a story of gratitude.
The families never forgot the opportunity the United States gave them. Their goal has always been to contribute through honest work, business investment, taxes, service to customers, and the creation of something lasting for the next generation.
The journey from Skopje and Prishtina to Dallas, Texas, was long. It required sacrifice from every member of the family. But it also demonstrated what can be achieved when people trust one another, work together, and remain committed to a shared vision.

The story is still being written.
The Ademi and Krasniqi families continue to build, manufacture, serve customers, invest, and create new opportunities. Their vision is to strengthen each company while preserving the values that made their journey possible.
