At Web Restaurant Equipment, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before completing your order.

New Items

New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Used Items

All sales of used, open-box, or clearance items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on used products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exceptions

Customized, special-order, or made-to-measure products cannot be returned.Shipping fees are non-refundable.
